Double Sleeping Bag
Double Sleeping Bag
I feel i'm drifting into the realm of the unwell.............?

I think i'm making myself ill i'm 16 and work at a supermarket, i work 34 hours a week stacking shelves which is hardwork. The problem is i don't eat i just live on diet/coke pepsi and cigarettes.
Last night i went out and drank a bottle of WKD, 2 smirnoff ice, a double vodka and coke and a double vodka and orange i got 4 hours sleep then drank coffee and went off to work.
In my dinner hour i drank a can of diet coke and smoked five cigarettes my first meal was an hour ago and that was a bag of chips.
The problem is this is a weekly occurence and i can't stop this cycle of drinking caffine, smoking, not eating and not sleeping i rarely get more than five hours. i'm getting really pale with dark spots under my eyes and coming out in spots. i need help. anyone got any advice?
the maximum working hours is 39 hours in the UK where i am...........

First, off, congratulations for realizing what's happening and searching for help. Yahoo Answers may not be the answer, though. Turn to a family member or friend and confide that you're going to make an effort to eat healthier. That way, you're committed to your goal. Start slowly. The most important thing is water. With the alchohol comsuption, your body is probably very dehydrated. Try having one cup of water at each mealtime, even if you don't eat. You can add crystal light or other flavoring packets if it makes downing water easier. I actually add some lemon juice and artificial sweetener, and voo la, there's lemonade!
After water try to add in some good protien once a day. This can be something as simple as some meat from the deli section where you work, an egg, or a handful of nuts. Heck, why not grab a jar of peanut butter and dig in? It's sure better than nothing; it'll keep you alive.
Gradually add in fruits, vegetables and complex carbohydrates like whole wheat bread and oatmeal, as well as up water intake.
You can do this! Is there another underlying reason why you have trouble eating? Could you have an eating disorder you aren't even conciously aware of? With all the preasure to comform to a certain standard set by society today, it's hard not to!
The best thing you can do for yourself is acknowledge the fact that it's going to take some work to get back to being healthy, and a great thing to do would be involve others in your situation and ask for their help and support.
