I'd like opinions on the Canon Powershot SD90IS...?
I'm thinking of moving up from my present Canon Powershot A570 IS. It has been a great camera, but I'd like a Lithium Battery and also I'd like better travel photos. I love the Image Stabilizer, and I'm assuming this one's better, since it's a newer model camera.
The SD90 is expensive (I found one new for $355 with free shipping, however), and the zoom is only 3.8x compared to 4x that I have now. The megapixels are higher, however.
I just don't know if it's worth it to move up to this SD90. I can't try it out locally as it's not sold here, so I don't know how heavy or bulky it is. It's hard to tell from the websites. I'd like to be able to slip it into a pocket, a large pocket.....

If you are looking for a tiny camera / video recorder that will fit easily in your pocket to take easy shots whenever you want... this is what you are looking for. The power on time is super fast. The video quality is excellent.
