my dog may have been exposed and drank lighter fluid, would she have any side effects?
we discovered a puddle of lighter fluid near my dog, would she have any side effects if she drank some? she hasn't been eating like normal for about 3 days but she is still eating,other than that she is acting fine
They should test her liver function ASAP - there may be damage that you cannot reverse, but at least she could be on supportive care. It may late in the game, but you should at least let them give her the best chance.
If this was three days ago, please promise you will react immediately the next time anything like this happens again - you should have sought help for her that minute, not three days later when it could very wll be too late.
