What to do with a dog owner who left her dog in the cold and rain without shelter?
I have a neighbor who leaves his toy poodle outside without any shelter against the cold and rain. He says it is an animal that belongs to all time homeless. I have at one time walk the dog in the rain and cold. The dog was cold, wet, dirty, chills, and died of fear is the mind. The neighbor said that he has a again will call the sheriff (the I enter their property to save the dog.) I think I called animal control. It is now over 100 and the dog just a shade tree to keep away the heat. There is a serious health problem with neighbor's wife does not want aggrivate, but I think the dog issue must be addressed. Call the Humane Society or ASPCA immediately. Take the spokesman of the poor dog.
