Cross Country runners, how can i stay motivated training for Cross Country on a treadmill?
Okay, so i'm training for cross country on a treadmill because i'm out of town visiting family and i'm not allowed to run in the neighborhood or anything because it's "dangerous." I'll be here till July 31st. I live in California and back home they've already started a "camp" with the upperclassmen that all my friends are going too, but the official coach Led Camp starts August 3rd.
Anyway, my question is how can i stay motivated to train on a treadmill? I don't really like running on it, but i need to train because i really wanna make the XC team. I haven't run for a few weeks so i'm a tad out of shape, and it's making me feel like i'm not gonna be ready for the camp when i get back. :/

Your motivation is exactly what you've said - camp has already started, you don't want to fall behind. Set a time every day for your workout, and don't allow yourself to skip workouts.
Be sure to turn on some music or a tv or something, since you don't have scenery and such like you would outdoors.
Keep working hard. You should have some idea of what kind of workouts the team will be doing, try to mimic those on the treadmill. On a treadmill, its usually more convenient to work with time rather than distance, since you can't always trust the measurements of the machine, so convert your workouts based on the kind of times you should be running, then add a little extra just to be sure. Also, turn up the thermostat a little, you're from California, so don't get too used to running in the AC!
