What is an "Admin Map Pouch"?
I have bought an army vest and one of the many things on it is what's known as an Admin Map Pouch, what exactly is this for?

I know it's for a map, hence the name, but how does the map get put there, and what is the little pouch for?
Maps, documents, pens, map markers, silva compus, I.D. any or most of them.
