A&t quickfire question... (How can i get a replacement phone?)?
So I called At&t's customer service line asking for a replacement phone for my quickfire because its always freezing and I heard it had a recall.
Since they sent me a new charger, they said they wouldn't give me a replacement. For the freezing, they did the "master reset" but that did nothing. It's still a crappy, freezing phone.
How can I get my replacement phone (matrix, propel, or xenon)?!
People got replacement phones in April I know. Am I too late?!

You should have been granted the right to a free replacement unit. Even if you have used your warranty, your still under warranty for the remainder of the year that you have had your phone. You need to call their customer service again and let them know that you need a replacement unit under a warranty exchange because of a manufacture defect (phone freezes) your gonna need to go through those stupid questions they always ask you.
I would recommend that you leave this question opened until you get a replacement unit they get you a replacement for free.
Remember, even though you have already used warranty doesn't mean that its no longer there. They will warrant that the device workmanship be defective free from the time of purchase from a year to purchase date.
Call them back and give us some extra details if they do or do not give you a replacement. I'll have this on my watch list
